The BlackStairs Adventure race is a race you don't want to miss with something for everyone including the family. We promise you a value for money event at a high standard in a beautiful location spanning the Carlow, Wexford and Kilkenny borders.

The BlackStairs Adventure Race takes place on Sun 4th May 2014 it is an adventure race with a difference in that we aim to cater for the athlete and their family. We want to ensure all our competitors enjoy the challenge at an affordable price without all the hidden extras, if you're fed up of forking out for expensive entry fees then this is the race for you as we will provide a high standard race that should attract elite to beginner adventure racers at a very affordable cost.

The Event Start

The start for each event will take place in the village of Rathnure this is also the registration area. Rathnure is a small village in the foothills of the blackstairs mountains approx 8 miles from Enniscorthy, 9 miles from Bunclody and 10 miles from New Ross.
